This Insurance policy is Compulsory by law as stipulated in the legislative decree No. 3 of 1987. It provides insurance for any amount that you as the owner of the vehicle maybe legally liable for in respect of:-  

  Death of or bodily injury to any person including all passengers in the vehicle except the vehicle driver and his first degree spouse. 

  Property damage except those owned by you or the driver at the time of accident or properties that has been entrusted to you or is in your custody or control.  

A)  Third party liability outside Kuwait (orange card):  

This insurance policy covers the civil liability arising from property damage or bodily injury resulting from vehicle accidents occurring within the GCC & Arab countries, except Kuwait. 

B) Personal civil liability:

The Company will waive it’s right of subrogation against the insured who cause damage to the others by his fault while driving the insured vehicle if there is violation of the policy terms and conditions.

C) Driving license:

This Insurance policy covers the civil liability arising from any damage or bodily injury resulting from a traffic accident while driving the uninsured vehicles (government).
This insurance also is compulsory for Kuwait visitors who want to drive a car in Kuwait.
