This policy cover loss or damage to the insured vehicle cost by collision burglary or fire.

This policy is extended to :-

Known or unknown accident .

No deductible .

No deprecation on spare parts .

Repair at dealer work shop .

Vehicle substitute Cover :

Due to accident if the vehicle could not be repaired within (48) hours, the company will provide a replacement car for maximum 15 days.

Road assistant :

The company will provide the customer with (24) hours, road assist on the following cases :-

	Out of fuel .
	Jump starting your car battery .
	Towing service in case of break down or accident .
	Help if you are locked out of your car .
	Flat tire replacement assistance .

Travel assist :

We will provide assistant to all who travel outside their usual country of residence in case of :-

	Personal assistance in case of illness, personal accident.
	Vehicle assistance in case of motor accident or mechanical breakdown.
	Luggage assistance in case of theft, disappearance, damage to luggage
	Legal assistance in case in motor accident and you need legal defence or bail in legal procedures

In case of an accident the client should provide us with the following:-

Police report and repair permission from the police station.

Copy of the vehicle registration and the driver Civil I.D. and driving license.
